Caregiver Report

When you open the form below you will enter your information about the care for the day, and it will be sent to your email address.

This makes it easy to simply select "PRINT" from your Email screen, and then select the "Send" Icon to send your ,pdf via text using Messages.

This is a mandatory daily activity for all caregivers for all assigned cases. 

Be detailed and precise about meals, bottles, diapers, and activities. Parents read this!

Don't forget to add the times diapers were changed, or other activities not listed in the notes.

When you print your Daily Report from your email, select .pdf as printer. 

Simply Select the Upload Icon - and send it directly via text to your client's phone.
