Case Assignment ABC's
- Your Hours - Caregivers provide the hours they can work by creating new entries on their Team Up Calendar
- Open Cases - Schedulers match Caregivers Available Times with new cases available in their neighborhood.
- Case Assignment - When a match is made - a case is scheduled for the Caregiver who is notified via Google Chat and by receiving an email from Team Up calendar.
- Caregiver Introduction - Caregivers must message their assigned family within 30 minutes AFTER a case has been assigned to you.
